Early Life
Congratulations It's an Artist
I was born in Blytheville, Arkansas on January 21st, 1997, but I was raised in Kennett, Missouri. I grew up always knowing I was different, but never in a million years would I have thought I would be an Printmaker. I’m pretty sure I didn’t even know what a Printmaker was when I was growing up.
Growing Up
Artist in the Making

I was a happy kid, but I went through a lot of hardships growing up. My parents split up, I moved off with my Mom, was severely bullied and abused by administration and peers alike. I even went through two major surgeries on my hip when I was only 10 years old! It was rough but I managed to push through it.
Although I went through a lot of turmoil, I was always able to express myself through artistic means, whether it be writing, drawing, or coloring. That is an artist in the making.

Latter Years
How did I Get This Far?
I'm weird and quirky socially and physically sometimes. I ended up dropping out my Sophomore Year because I was getting beat up pretty badly after school everyday. However, I still knew I wanted to go to college. So I got my GED and was first accepted into Mineral Area College or MAC in Park Hills, Missouri.

Present
Wrapping It Up
I graduated Mineral Area College with an AAS in Graphic Design and Printing Technology in 2016. I then transferred to Southeast Missouri State University in Cape Girardeau, Missouri where I currently reside continuing in my Junior Year of my BFA program for Printmaking.
I have plans to get my Masters of Fine Arts someday in the future. I hope to teach college students what I learned and also continue building my portfolio.
I’m very happy where I am at today and I couldn’t be more proud. I guess it just goes to show that Your past scars and demons don’t define you, make it your fuel for success and go for it.
